An official person from Human Resources Department performs pre-interview and positive resulted candidates are directed to the author of the unit who needs personnel. Jobs are offered to the candidates who have positive results in both interviews.
 
Business applications via the web-site, by mail, e-mail address, employee suggestions can be made or come in person to Aril Aviation Company. The submissions are classified according to the Human Resources database and for the future needs of the positions, they are stored for 6 months to be evaluated.
